Our Client leads act as an ice breaker for the company and selected candidate. We bridge the gaps during negotiation of offer.

Joining

Our sourcing specialists regularly communicate with the offered candidates and assist them till they are on-boarded.



Post Placement Connect

Our job does not end with on-boarding of a candidate, In fact, it only begins, our philosophy is that our candidates are our brand ambassadors. We ensure that right from the initial days till 1 year & beyond we engage with our candidates using different communication mediums. When our candidates leave the organization we ensure that we conduct an exit survey with them. Not only does it help us in improving our processes but also help us in consulting our clients.
